Art Galleries
Unlike some resort areas, Hilton Head is not overrun galleries foisting works of would-be artists on unsuspecting visitors. Indeed, given that the island's peak summer population rises to about 150,000 — from a permanent resident level of 35,000 — the gallery list is indeed thin, but includes the following.
